Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and mix with salt and ground black pepper. Spread over the carp fillets and place the skin on top of the apple slices. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Bake the carp with apples for about 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fillet. A couple of minutes before the end of baking, brush the fish with vegetable oil to make it shine.
Cut the apples into quarters and cut off the seed blocks. Rinse and cut into wedges. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the apple slices in it.
Gently place the apples on a plate with the baked carp on top. Serve warm. May be supplemented with garlic sauce or sour cream of any fat content.
